both magnitude & direction are same.If the magnitude in addition direction of two vectors are equal, then they are known as equal vectors. For two equal vectors, their directed line segments must be parallel. In other words, two vectors are said to be equal, if they possess equal magnitude & are headed in the direction of the same direction.
