Q. What is the meaning of 'Right to Vote'-

Right to vote means to vote fopr electing a representative for democratic governance system. Initially the age to vote in elections in India was 21 years. But after 61st amendment of constitution, it was reduced to 18 years (enforced on 29 March 1989) as mentioned under Article-326.
