Q. Under which Article of the constitution can an Emergency be declared in India on account of war or external aggression?

National emergency in India can be declared under the provisions of Article-352. As per provisions of this article, if the country is threatened by war or external aggression or internal armed rebellion, National Emergency can be imposed by President for 6 months at a time. It can be declared for whole country or part of it.
